• Wat is “visum bij aankomst”?
  Via een reisagent u kunt zich aanmelden voor het visum bij aankomst. Het is goedkoper en makkelijker dan een visum bij de Vietnamese ambassade.
• Wat is een “visum goedkeuring brief”?
  A travel mate zal u helpen met de goedkeuring brief, die nodig is voor het visum bij aankomst te ontvangen. 
• How lang duurt het om een “visum goedkeuring brief” te krijgen?
  1-5 working days.
• Hoe kan ik de goedkeuring brief voor het visum ontvangen?
  Door middel van een reisbureau of online.
• Wat is de informatie die nodig is om mijn visum te verwerken?
  Een scan van uw paspoort of gewoon de volgende gegevens: volledige naam (zoals vermeld op paspoort), paspoortnummer, nationaliteit, geboortedatum, geldig paspoort (van … tot …). Paspoort moet nog 6 maanden geldig bij aankomst in Vietnam.

  1. Try some delicious streetfood (avoid salads).
  2. Use the cyclo (local riksja) as transportation : In Saigon from Dist. 1 to Chinatown and in the old quarters in Hanoi. Best way is to have it booked by your travelagent.
  3. Attend a cooking class.
  4. Have a massage from blind people.
  5. Overnight on a boat in Halong Bay.
  6. If you are a fan of Golf Sports, Vietnam offers many gold courses designed by world famous golf players as Nick faldo, Greg Norman and Colin Montgommerie.

• How to experience Vietnam beyond the major tourist sites?

   Always book this with a well recognized travel agency as ours and with a local guide who has an official license.

• Do I face language problems? Can Vietnamese people understand English? 

  Vietnamese people understand English in  the major cities, but don’t expect them to understand you in any dialect from across the world. Most Vietnamese people have learned English from books.

• When are the public holidays in Vietnam?
